Early Sunday morning, Lily Beth kicked her way into the world, breaking her water and sending her mom into a quick labor of less than three hours total. She weighed a hefty 7 lb 14 oz (by far our biggest baby!) and was 20 inches long. We are so grateful that everything went so smoothly and that both mom and baby are healthy!
We love our little Lily! She looks just like her big sister Claire. It's cute to see how Tim has really taken to her.All the kids absolutely adore Lily. Claire made her a valentine that says, "TO Lily FRUM CLaIRe I Love UOy uoyR My best FRend Love ClaiRe" They have fun waving toys in front of Lily's face and fighting for their turn to hold her.
My mom hopped on a plane the same day Lily was born. She's so amazing, getting up early to get the kids ready for school, getting up in the middle of the night whenever any of the kids wakes up, making us delicious meals and cinnamon rolls, playing outside with the kids, I could go on and on. I'm already dreading the day she leaves.
